Now based in Morocco, she has launched strength and fitness classes for women in Tamraght. She is also the founder of Go Limitless and of Limitless Next Gen, a non-profit that develops local sport for young people and athletes.

Originally from France, Julie has lived in Tamraght for three years. A Pilates instructor certified by the A-Lyne Center in Paris, she first discovered movement as a form of meditation, a way to reconnect with her breath and her centre. Drawn to the body's capacity to heal itself, she also trained in foot reflexology and deep restorative massage. She now runs the Day Off Studio in Tamraght, where she offers Pilates, foot reflexology and lymphatic drainage massage. Her classes, creative and playful, combine technical precision with genuine care.
